REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Automotive recalls are a huge issue.  1 in 4 cars in the US has a recall, that is over 60 million vehicles.  Car dealers can only repair recalls from their own OEM.  So in their used inventory, dealers have lots of cars with recalls they can't fix.  We help dealers connect to solve recall issues on their used inventory.  Helping dealers make money fixing the repairs, keeping service bay utilization high, and providing a better car for the Future Buyer! At RecallRabbit, we use data and technology to make it simple for dealers, giving dealers the tools they need to find, connect, and make the revenue for fixing recalls. 

 

This role will entail selling RecallRabbits products and services to automotive dealerships across the United States. The Regional Sales Executive will be strong at presenting RecallRabbits offerings and benefits.

 

As the Regional Sales Executive, it is critical that candidates be persuasive, self-starters and will be expected to manage their own time, set priorities and meet monthly goals.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Meet with dealers in person, through video calls, or on the phone

  • Selling RecallRabbit's products

  • Inputting activities into CRM

  • Territory Management; understanding the dealerships in your markets, their products, and who works there.

  • Work with the development team to help them better understand how our dealers are using the products and potential improvements.

 

 

We aren't looking for a seasoned sales vet.

 

We are looking for someone who is early in their career and looking to make a big impact in our company's future.

Compensation: $42,500 to $47,500 annually  on target

MARKET ADVOCATE

This Market Advocate role is a key piece of our growth plan.

 

In your role as Market Advocate, you will be helping our team better understand the market and the opportunities for our products.  You will be doing market research and involved in increasing brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback.

 

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Drive market awareness of RecallRabbit and its tools

  • Act as customer service point of contact for existing RecallRabbit customers

  • Plan weekly, monthly quarterly market activity

  • Identify all franchise dealers in a market

  • Determine who the correct contact person is at all Franchise dealerships in a market for RecalLRabbit customers to communicate with

  • Input all communications, dealer information into CRM

  • Work closely with Sales Executive to identify potential customers

  • Meet Monthly/Quarterly activity targets

  • Work with team to help them better understand customer needs and potential product improvements or new products.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to travel.

 

Compensation: $37,500 to $40,000 annually  on target
